My first cup of coffee was at age 36. I put four packages of sugar and cream into an 8 oz cup then filled it with coffee from the church coffee pot. I have since acquired a taste for coffee and I don't require quite so much sweetener.

I have a habit of becoming very philosophical whenever there is a cup of coffee in my hand and those within earshot will be drawn into conversation whether they want to be or not. This is why I started blogging; to spare my family from my constant ramblings and words of great wisdom.

So I reach out to ramblers everywhere and ask you to stop and smell the coffee. Spend a little time here with me and feel free to comment on any of the posts that strike your fancy.

Light Roast: Full of flavor and distinction
Medium Roast: Not too light, not too dark
Dark Roast: Bold and robust (may be too bold for some)
